Ulster County and Suffolk County Will Battle For Region 15 Men's Soccer Championship on Saturday

NEW YORK – The Region 15 Division III Men's Soccer Championship match will feature the top two seeded teams. #2-seed Ulster County Community College will battle #1-seed and nationally ranked No. 9 Suffolk County Community College on Saturday at Mitchel Athletic Complex (Nassau Community College) beginning at 3:30 p.m.

The Sharks defeated fifth-seeded Monroe University – Bronx, 4-1, at Ammerman Campus Soccer Filed this past Wednesday afternoon. Later that evening, the Senators won a narrow 2-1 decision over sixth-seeded Kingsborough Community College at Rondout Valley Soccer Field.

The winner of the Region 15 Championship match between Ulster and Suffolk County will earn an automatic bid into the NJCAA Division III Men's Soccer Tournament which will take place on the campus of Herkimer College from November 11 until November 16.
