Nassau Men's Lacrosse Captures North Atlantic District Championship

The Nassau Community College men's lacrosse team won the North Atlantic District Championship after defeating Mercer County Community College 15-4 in the semifinal round, and taking down College of DuPage 14-1 in the championship game.
How it Happened
- Nassau's offense proved to be too much for their opponents, as the Lions opened the semifinal game with five unanswered goals, and 12 unanswered goals to start the final game.
- The Lions took 52 shots on goal in the two games, compared to just 25 by their opponents.
Notes
- Jake Lewis led the team in goals for both games, totaling 11 goals and three assists. He took 16 shots on goal.
- Brady Dolan continued to lead Nassau in points, totaling 17 off of four goals and 13 assists.
- Joe O'Connell, Ryan Krudis, and Reagan Ochan each contributed three goals.
- Goalkeeper Conor Dobson totaled 18 saves, earning two wins.
- Michael Zecchini went 15-24 in the faceoff circle, and Daniel Ainbinder went 7-11.
