Region 15 Releases NJCAA Division II Women's Basketball All-Region Team
Region 15 has announced its All-Region team for NJCAA Division II Women's Basketball.
The NJCAA Division II Player of the Year is sophomore Shonyae Edmonds from Sullivan County Community College. She is averaging 14.4 points per game on 56.6% shooting from thefield. Edmonds is also grabbing 9.6 rebounds and dishing out 2.8 assists per contest.
The NJCAA Division II Coach of the Year will be announced at the conclusion on Sunday's Championship game between Sullivan and Orange County Community College. That game will take place on the campus of Westchester Community College beginning at noon.
