Suffolk CC Women's Tennis Earns Two National Championships; Team Finishes as NJCAA Runner-up
Suffolk Community College tied their highest finish in school history with a second-place finish. The doubles duo of Lauren Schiraldi and Pamela Pillco managed to win the No. 1 doubles championship in a decisive match. Pillco earned the No. 2 singles championship and was the only non-Oxford Emory Eagle to win a singles flight. Schiraldi also finished as the runner-up in the No. 1 flight. The Sharks finished the tournament with 19 points.
1st Doubles - Lauren Schiraldi and Pamela Pillco - won the No. 1 Doubles National Championship in an exciting match against Oxford Emory!
2nd Singles - Pamela Pillco - earned the No. 2 National Singles Championship and was the only non-Oxford Emory Eagle to win a singles flight!
1st Singles - Lauren Schiraldi - finished as the runner-up in the No. 1 flight.
