Nassau Shines at Track & Field Championships with National Champion and Runner Up

Nassau's relay squad continued the momentum with an outstanding performance in the men's 4x400-meter relay. The quartet of Jeremaiyh Burch, Mark Roberts, Jayden Ashley, and Cahill Louis combined for a season-best effort of 3:22.48 to finish second overall in the nation. The relay team advanced through preliminaries with a qualifying time of 3:27.14 before delivering an even stronger race in the finals.

Freshman Shaquane Toussaint of the men's outdoor track and field team earned a podium finish during day three of the 2026 NJCAA National Championships on Saturday, capping off a successful trip to Hobbs for the Mustangs.
